Position Summary The Floor Technician is responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and sanitary floors throughout Dublin Post Acute. This position performs routine and specialized floor care, including sweeping, mopping, stripping, waxing, buffing, scrubbing. The Floor Technician will help ensure that the facility maintains a clean, professional, and safe environment for residents, visitors, and employees. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Clean and maintain floors throughout resident rooms, hallways, dining areas, common areas, offices, and other designated areas. Sweep, dust mop, vacuum, mop, scrub, strip, wax, buff, and polish floors as needed. Operate floor-care equipment such as floor buffers, automatic scrubbers, vacuums, carpet extractors, and other cleaning equipment.
