Position Summary To lead in conceptualization and design solutions that meet the creative, marketing, and merchandising strategies using graphic computer programs and production equipment so the company can meet profitability goals. Essential Functions Creates and designs art and copy layouts for POS materials according to established standards (e.g. preparing files with necessary die lines needed for finishing materials); determines size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, selects style and size of type, arranges layout based on available space and design concepts and assembles final layout, press pages, proofs and prints based on production guidelines (e.g. ensures design maximizes the amount of raw material being used to minimize waste).
