POSITION SUMMARY The Design Manager is responsible to develop, maintain, and accurately informing the EQUIP Project Manager of the overall status for drawing deliverables, schedule, coordination and quality of equipment drawings during the design and construction phases. This role ensures the BIM team is on schedule, coordinates change management with the planning, design and construction teams. The Design Manager may be the primary day-to-day contact for the Owner and the design team for coordination. RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for managing the design coordination process and coordination/drawing deliverables. Supports EQUIP Project Director in development of staffing plans.
