Curriculum System Designer Curriculum System Designer JEB Little Creek, VA The Curriculum System Designer is responsible for Navy Expeditionary Warfighting Development Center (NEXWDC) course management and curriculum development. Curriculum development will follow instructional system design (ISD) principles required to develop, revise, improve, implement, evaluate, and manage NEXWDC courses. Must have requisite knowledge of PADDIE process. The Curriculum System Designer receives work direction from the Senior Military Analyst for Academics and the Senior Military Analyst for Exercises/Project Manager.
