CertaSite, LLC ROLE OVERVIEW Our Business Operations Support Specialist will be engaged in performing a high volume of data entry, updates to existing data for accuracy, respond to request that come into the Helpdesk query, and other projects requested pertaining to data entry and/or operations as assigned. This person must be able to work well independently but will occasionally be brought into team projects. The candidate needs to be able to take initiative, become an expert that supports operations, and can communicate with the associates as needed for ensuring accurate data updates. It is important that you are able to maintain a high level of productivity and a satisfactory level of quality per department standards.
