Job Description: The customer service specialist 2 is responsible for performing and providing analysis, technical support, training and oversight of various business support operations and initiatives, including accounts/invoice processing such as creation of CPA, PO, SPO, LSPO's and non-PO. Managing invoices from beginning to payment. Assist with personal computing, addressing internal and external inquires (web and phone based), assist with administrative functions for right-of-way group, and provide assistance with managing all executive document storage and BHER vehicle titles.
