JOB SUMMARY This position supports the Director of Engineering at the Air National Guard Air Force Reserve Command Test Center (AATC). The Budget Analyst will be assisting the Resource Advisor for AATC located at Morris Air National Guard Base in Tucson, AZ., and at TDY locations. The analyst will perform resource management functions to effectively plan, develop, coordinate, publish guidance, program, budget, and execute all DOD appropriations in support of AATC. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Perform a variety of financial management functions to include program management reviews and assessments of programs, completion of budgetary forms in DEAMS and other financial programs. Provide complex substantive resource management support services in the areas of program analysis, annual/multi-year/long range programs whose requirements are interrelated and unstable.
