Department : Parking & Transport Operations Salary : $49,400 - $56,200 Description : Manages the daily operations of a customer service unit within Parking & Transportation to include but not limited to training and supervising staff. Ensures the smooth flow of information to the public and university community. 1. Supervises, trains, and evaluates customer service staff. 2. Schedules section activities and implements changes in procedures as needed. 3. Oversees contracts/outsourced customer service units. 4.
