The available schedules for these positions are as follows: Schedule 1: Sunday–Tuesday, 5:30 PM–6:00 AM, and Wednesday, 5:30 PM–12:00 AM Schedule 2: Wednesday, 11:30 PM–6:00 AM, and Thursday–Saturday, 5:30 PM–6:00 AM The Triage I Driver Support Agent will receive or make calls to drivers, vendors, and internal team members and assist them with their needs. Assistance could vary from mechanical, fuel, incident, advances, and security briefings and include processing payments to vendors on repairs that were performed. The role is responsible for being the point of contact person for drivers who call into Driver Support and direct their concerns where needed.
