The ideal candidate for our Customer Relations Specialist position will enjoy learning new things and solving challenging problems while assisting customers with a variety of issues and concerns. Responsibilities will include: Maintaining operations of a customer service center including customer interactions, information, concerns, lost and found, fare media inventory, financial transactions, and coordinating office maintenance. Providing customers with up-to-date information about UTA service subjects Handling customer complaints Distributing transit schedules Selling fare media directly and through outlets Working within the organization as a customer advocate to ensure that concerns are addressed and responded to timely.
