Civista Bank Description: Position Purpose: The IT Customer Service Technician will perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of hardware and software for the Bank including patch management, help desk support, and equipment installations. Key Accountabilities, Responsibilities and Expectations: Respond timely and professionally to help desk work requests submitted via phone or 1Source system.
