JOB DESCRIPTION Role Purpose The Customer Contact Representative Plain is responsible for acting as a liaison, between customers and the company. Assists with complaints and different services as required by the customer. Coordinates the handling of difficult and/or unusual situations. Key Responsabilities Deal and respond customer inquiries either by telephone, electronically or face to face. Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries. Provide pricing and delivery information. Perform customer verifications. Set up new and manage customer accounts. Process orders, forms, applications and requests. Raise unsolved requisitions to a higher level resource. Keep updated records of customer interactions and transactions, details of inquiries, comments and /or complaints.
