Job Description The Collections Specialist is responsible for managing and collecting outstanding accounts receivable from customers and playing a critical role in maintaining the company's cash flow and minimizing bad debt. This role involves direct communication with clients to negotiate payment plans, resolve billing issues, and ensure timely receipt of payments. The compensation for this position will be commensurate with education or work experience. Responsibilities What You'll Be Doing: Protects Badgers Accounts Receivable assets using good judgment and risk assessments. Collects past due customer accounts in assigned areas. Recognizes and monitors designated accounts before they become a problem and recommend changes.
