SUMMARY : The Cash Management Support Specialist is responsible for supporting the Cash Management Sales effort for the Bank and ensuring the operational excellence of the Cash Management Services department. This position is responsible for set up of all Cash Management products and providing excellent customer service to internal and external clients, including all after-sales servicing, while meeting regulatory guidelines and mitigating risk for the Bank and the client.
