Job Summary: This position reports to the Office of Support Services within the scope of the mission, guiding principles, values, ethics and strategic goals of Goodwill Industries of Northeast Iowa, Inc.  This position maintains agency computer and communication systems and is responsible for inventory and maintenance of computer hardware/software, including troubleshooting and routine staff instruction. Ensures compliance with agency policies, procedures, practices, PCI, CARF standards and safety/security measures.
