We are currently seeking a: NURSE CONSULTANT - RN license required JOB SUMMARY: Consults with assigned nursing facilities on a routine basis. Assist in conducting site visits and other types of reviews for other facilities as needed. Conducts Quality Assurance Audits to assist facility with maintaining Quality Resident Care. Provides facility with a typed report of visits. The facilities must typically provide a written response to the reports. These reports will be reviewed by nurse consultant. (Certain site visit report may not require a written response such as specific chart reviews and general visits.) Assist facility with compliance with regulatory agencies.
