Utah Transit Authority Description JOB SUMMARY Partners with executives and managers in executive offices and service units to design and lead continuous improvement initiatives that enable increased organizational efficiency and effectiveness. Performs a wide range of activities associated with continuous improvement initiatives. Conducts research and analysis in developing processes that assist client departments in self-assessment and solution generation. Facilitates cross functional agency projects and strategic planning events. Leads teams through improvement activities including LEAN events, data analysis, development of new processes or SOPs, and benchmarking methods. Provides leadership to UTA CI Team members on projects, as a mentor, and via Cl and Culture training. Conducts Continuous Improvement module training for users throughout the organization.
