POSITION SUMMARY McCarthy is seeking a highly qualified Electrical Quality Superintendent to support quality initiatives and on-site inspections for renewable energy construction projects. This person is also the main liaison with the Electrical leadership team and Quality group. They will serve as a resource in executing the SSQP and communicating lessons learned. This individual will also be the main point of contact for Quality Management between trade partners, owner representatives, and McCarthy team members. The Electrical Quality Superintendent monitors the trade partners performance and interfaces with the respective Trade Partner quality leadership. This position will highly value strong leadership, communication, innovative problem-solving skills, and the desire to influence peers.
