Position Summary: The Quality Inspector is responsible for ensuring that the products being produced meet quality standards and specifications. The inspector will review products and material, measure objects compared to their physical specifications, run quality test and identify defects. The inspector is also responsible to review supplier paperwork such as certifications to ensure they are compliant to Customer requirements. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Examine raw materials, components, and finished products to ensure they meet specified criteria. Perform visual inspections, measurements and various tests to identify defects or deviations from standards. Maintain detailed records of inspections, test results, and non-conforming products. Report defects to relevant personnel. Communicate with production, engineering and management to provide feedback on quality issues and collaborate on solutions.
