Construction Flagger Laborer The Construction Flagger Laborer is responsable for directing traffic and ensuring safety around construction sites by managing traffic flow, setting up control devices, and communicating with crews and drivers. Position Overview Adhere to and follow all safety rules and regulations of MSHA/OSHA/DOT and Pennsy Supply, Inc.
