BUILDING ENGINEER Location: Town Park Ravine, Kennesaw, GA JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for operating, inspecting and maintaining all HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire/life safety equipment and systems in a large Class A office building and obtaining the most efficient operating results and life expectancy, under the guidance and direction of the Chief Engineer. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following but are not limited to the job specifications contained herein.
