Job Summary: Urban is seeking Geotechnical/Facilities Inspectors to support the construction management and inspection team on new facility projects in Central and Eastern Pennsylvania. This is a client-facing consultant role providing daily field oversight on behalf of the transit agency/grantee, ensuring contractor compliance with specifications, approved plans, and applicable transit facility standards.
