GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB : The purpose of this position is to support the Facility Supervisor in completing daily tasks in the Maintenance Department by assisting the Maintenance Supervisor and Maintenance Technician
ESSENTIAL DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES & AUTHORITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Assistance & Support: Handing tools, parts, and equipment to technicians, setting up workstations, and cleaning work areas.
Preventative Maintenance: Lubricating machines, cleaning equipment, replacing air filters, and changing light bulbs.
Basic Repairs: Performing minor fixes, including repairing broken locks, filling wall gaps, and performing basic plumbing or electrical tasks.
Building & Grounds Upkeep: Performing general exterior maintenance like power washing.
Documentation & Safety: Assisting in identifying issues, checking safety systems, and maintaining records of repairs.
