GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB :
Set up and Operate, maintain various level 1 CNC Sheet Metal machines.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES & AUTHORITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Set up and operate level 1 (Sheet Metal Machines).
List of Level 1 (Sheet Metal Machines). Amada Punch Press (CNC)
Bridge Port Machine.
Cut off Saw.
Drill / Tap Machines.
Forklift.
Hardinge Machine (CNC)
Hardware Machines.
Jaws Machine.
Lathe Machine.
Roller Machines.
Sanding Machines.
Shear Machine.
Spotweld Machine.
SuperMax Machine (CNC)
Table Saw Machine
Horizontal / Vertical Saw Machines.
Help out with CNC Machine Operator Level 2.
Use of Measuring tools.
Perform daily maintenance on above equipment.
Inspect parts.
· Must have good housekeeping practices and the ability to adhere to all Company procedures, including but not limited to procedures...
