GENERAL PURPOSE Performs advanced breakdown and preventive maintenance (PM) that includes inspection, repair and revision of complex/sophisticated HVAC equipment. Enhances and improves HVAC equipment to ensure best possible performance. Performs breakdown maintenance by troubleshooting, repairing, and documentation. Partners with management, engineering and vendors regarding new equipment selection, specifications, set up and training. May act in a lead capacity and provide direction to other employees.
