*Job Summary* Summit is seeking an experienced *Lead HVAC Installer* to oversee and execute high-quality residential and light commercial HVAC installations. This role requires advanced technical expertise, leadership skills, and a strong commitment to craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. The Lead Installer will manage installations from start to finish, mentor installation team members, and ensure all systems are installed safely, efficiently, and to code.
