Superintendent SAN ANTONIO, TX Staff POSITION SUMMARY The Superintendent leads day-to-day field operations for civil construction projects with primary emphasis on roadway work, wet utilities, and dry utilities. This role is responsible for safe execution, quality control, production performance, and coordination across crews, inspectors, subcontractors, and project management. The Superintendent translates plans and specifications into executable work, drives schedule adherence, and ensures compliance with TxDOT, COSA, and project-specific requirements. This position directly supervises Foremen and crews and serves as the primary field authority for assigned projects.
