What You'll Do You will oversee and guide maintenance associates to ensure department objectives are met while performing maintenance technician duties. You will lead troubleshooting, repair, and adjustment of refrigeration and material handling equipment, monitor system performance, and recommend corrective actions. You will coordinate contractor activities, maintain preventive maintenance records, and support continuous improvement efforts across the site.
