Job Description Main Activities and Responsibilities. Operate and support electronic assembly equipment according to approved work instructions, safety requirements, process settings, and production schedules. Perform equipment setup, changeover, startup checks, shutdown, cleaning, material loading, feeder or tooling preparation, and basic program or recipe selection. Support SMT and related processes such as solder paste printing, SPI, component placement, reflow, AOI, through-hole insertion, selective or wave soldering, coating, depaneling, inspection, test, and rework.
