Job Description As a Maintenance Principal Engineer, you will serve as a collaborative, multidisciplinary technical leader within the Mechanical Integrity and Maintenance Excellence team. You will work with manufacturing sites across the global network to strengthen mechanical integrity, maintenance work processes, asset reliability, and lifecycle performance. In this high-visibility role, you will provide enterprise guidance for fixed and rotating equipment, inspection and testing programs, risk-based decision making, maintenance strategies, and continuous improvement.
