POSITION OVERVIEW  The primary responsibility of the Maintenance Tech  position to is assist the Supervisor and oversight of all building maintenance operations on the property. In this role, the individual should maintain a positive rapport with co-workers, residents and provide a high level of detailed follow-up with the Maintenance Supervisor and Executive Director.
