The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for leading the maintenance team to ensure maximum up time of production equipment used in automotive seating manufacturing. This role oversees preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities, with a strong focus on PLC-controlled systems, automation, and SAP-based maintenance processes (PM/CM).
