Position Summary To ensure prompt and accurate maintenance, repair and installation of the company production equipment by training, developing and managing our employees according to established company standards, to maximize production efficiency. Essential Functions Manages, trains and develops employees to ensure that they are performing job duties in accordance with established standards. Ensure that company policies, standards and procedures are met, followed and maintained in accordance with established company policy (e.g. OSHA and safety compliance, Federal/State/Local Laws). Reviews all departmental activity daily to prioritize tasks; ensures correct and timely equipment changeover (e.g. can line, bottle line) and schedules preventative maintenance and other installation and repair work to minimize production downtime.
