What You'll Do You will perform troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and repairs on forklifts and other material handling equipment to ensure operational standards are met. You will inspect, rebuild, and replace major components, maintain batteries and chargers, and oversee outside service providers as needed. You will maintain accurate preventive maintenance records and support the development of less experienced technicians. Essential Functions Troubleshoot and perform preventative maintenance and repairs on forklifts and material handling equipment electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems. Rebuild or replace major components such as masts, undercarriages, transmissions, and engines or motors. Inspect forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to ensure compliance with OSHA and operational standards.
