Summary The Maintenance Specialist performs skilled maintenance and troubleshooting for facility systems, production equipment, and fixtures. This role builds on Specialist I responsibilities with an emphasis on diagnosing problems, implementing solutions, and collaborating across departments. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, or replace mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components on machinery and production fixtures. Perform preventative maintenance on machines, tools, HVAC, and air compressor systems. Assist in the design, improvement, or modification of fixtures, machines, and tools in collaboration with Manufacturing Engineering. Troubleshoot lighting, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems to minimize downtime. Start up and shut down equipment according to OSHA and company safety procedures.
