Maintenance Technician

Excel Management is hiring an experienced maintenance technician to join our team in the Omaha metro. You'll be the primary technician for four communities in the metro and will also cover two smaller communities on a twice-monthly travel schedule. You'll report to the Maintenance director and work alongside our property teams to keep homes safe, functional, and ready for residents.
Coverage Area
Primary (Omaha Metro): Shannon Heights, Green View, Cardinal Commons, etc
Travel coverage (twice monthly): Goldfinch Grove and Prairie Heights
What You'll Do
Complete work orders across multiple properties, including plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, drywall, paint, and general carpentry
Perform unit turns and make-readies to community standards and on schedule
