Position Title: Damage Specialist Mobility Maintenance Merchants Fleet is seeking a detail-driven Damage Specialist, Mobility Maintenance to manage the availability and readiness of our offsite fleet pool. This role oversees the full vehicle get-ready processincluding preventative maintenance, mechanical repairs, reconditioning, body work authorization, and complianceto ensure safe, high-quality vehicles are delivered to our clients on time. Collision estimating experience is required.

What Youll Do
Build and maintain a strong vendor network for maintenance, body work, reconditioning, and transportation services
Plan, forecast, and schedule repair work to optimize supply chain performance
