Job Description The Maintenance Technician - Conversion is responsible for modifying and adjusting production equipment to support new product models and keeping machinery running safely and efficiently. This role performs mechanical and electrical updates, helps troubleshoot and repair equipment issues, and participates in process improvement efforts. The technician is also expected to learn and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for their assigned production area and assist with production tasks by performing operator duties when needed.
