Job Title: School Custodian Summary: The Custodian plays a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors at the Allegheny Intermediate Unit Special Education Schools. This position is responsible for performing routine cleaning, maintenance, and light repair tasks to ensure that the school facility supports the unique needs of students receiving special education services. This position primarily works in the evenings. Duties and Responsibilities: Cleaning and Sanitization: Perform daily cleaning of classrooms, restrooms, hallways, offices, and common areas, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and emptying trash.
