Administrative Assistant Summary of Functions The Administrative Assistant I provides administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of assigned departments. Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Answer phones and greet visitors. • Perform data entry and maintain electronic and paper files. • Assist in preparing basic correspondence and reports. • Support scheduling of meetings and appointments. • Maintain office supplies inventory. • Provide general support to staff as needed.
