What You'll Do You will respond to customer inquiries and complaints regarding work orders, shipments, and inventory counts while ensuring prompt and efficient service. You will act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to facilitate account administration, scheduling, and order processing, and provide clerical support including maintaining records and answering phones. Occasional travel by automobile and airplane may be required for business purposes.
