The Role As a Distribution Center and Loss Prevention Administrator, you work closely with the Distribution Center, Safety, Loss Prevention, various teams, you ensure accurate and coordinated administration, recordable safety and lp relatable information, timely flow of information, ordering. May interact with operations, facilities, and contingency workforce agencies. Answer telephones, take messages and/or direct questions to appropriate personnel. Compose and prepare memorandums, letters, reports and correspondence as requested by the Loss Prevention Safety Manager and leadership. Develop and maintain filing systems.
