In addition to greeting, assisting, and registering patients/ accurately updating demographic information in electronic system; collecting co-pays, deductible and other payment, scheduling appointments; and answering telephones, The First Impression Specialists execute various administrative functions, such as reception and clerical work. The First Impression Specialist maybe require to travel to and provide coverage in other offices and/or facilities on occasion as needed.
