Position Summary: The Safety Analyst position is responsible for collecting and tracking training paperwork, preparing reports and other documentation in a timely manner. The Safety Analyst is accountable for administrative and technical components of assigned job responsibilities and will report to the Safety Projects Manager. The Safety Analyst provides support to the safety and customer affairs programs.
Essential Functions:
Track employee training(s).
Prepare reports.
Prepare training cards, certificates and other documents.
Provide information for intra-company and customer requests.
Image documents into personnel files.
Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
Must have experience working with pivot tables.
