PURPOSE OF THE JOB: To provide hospital wide communication services and administrative or clerical support to Administration and the Executive Office. Acts as an information source for patients, public, staff, and vendors. QUALIFICATIONS: High school graduate or G.E.D. Word processing experience required. Must have excellent telephone manners and good communication skills. Must be able to communicate effectively and courteously under pressure. Must be able to interact with the public appropriately when placed in stressful situations. Must be able to receive and follow instruction.
