PLGL Litigation Paralegal PACS is seeking a Litigation Paralegal with two (2) to five (5) years of law firm experience defending skilled nursing facilities (SNFs) and residential care facilities for the elderly (RCFEs) in elder abuse and professional negligence litigation. This is a specialized role, not a general litigation paralegal position — candidates must have hands-on discovery experience in elder abuse/professional negligence defense matters to be considered. You will support the PLGL Legal team by working with and supporting Litigation Managers with case management, primarily in discovery. Main responsibilities include reviewing discovery requests, identifying documents to be produced, collecting documents, reviewing for relevance/privilege, and first review of discovery responses.
