The Credit Analyst will perform various responsibilities including evaluating new and existing credit accounts, accounts receivables, collections along with other in-depth analysis.
Primary Responsibilities and Duties:
Process new credit accounts, approvals, initial credit lines and future extensions
Pull and analyze credit agency reports
Manage the aging of assigned portfolio
Review accounts for order releasing
Communicate with customers regarding accounts
Research customer requests, issues, errors
Communicate with sales department regarding accounts
Perform credit reference inquiries
Reconciliation of credit and collection accounts
Process credit card/ACH payments, as needed
Process refund requests, as needed
Cross-train in cash application process
Aid with bankruptcies, as needed
Prepare reports, as needed
Ensure delinquency and charge off goals are met
