The Opportunity: Tetra Tech is adding a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Operations / Administrative Assistant to support the Denver and Southwest Operations Teams. This position provides a combination of administrative, operational, and project support to ensure efficient office operations and exceptional support to managers, project teams, and staff. The successful candidate will assist with onboarding, meeting coordination, operational tracking, procurement, communications, and general office administration while working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams across the Southwest region. This position offers flexibility with hybrid, remote, or in-office work arrangements. As business needs arise, the selected candidate may be asked to report to a local office to support mailings, production efforts, meetings, or other operational activities.
