Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
*Full-Time or Part-Time*
*Afternoons, Evenings & Saturday Morning Availability Required*
Join a growing, therapist-focused private Speech and Occupational Therapy practice in Central New York! We provide high-quality speech therapy services to pediatric and adult clients in a supportive, collaborative, clinic-based setting.
We are currently seeking a motivated *Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)* to join our team. We have both *full-time and part-time opportunities* available. Candidates must be available to work *after-school hours (afternoons/evenings)* and *Saturday mornings*, as these are our highest patient demand times.
*Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are strongly encouraged to apply!*

Responsibilities
* Provide individualized speech-language therapy services to pediatric and adult clients
* Develop and implement treatment plans based on evaluation findings
* Monitor patient progress and modify treatment approaches as appropriate
* Complete timely and accurate documentation
* Educate patients and families regarding treatment goals and home programming
* Collaborate with physicians, therapists, educators, and other healthcare professionals as appropriate
Qualifications
* Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
* Successful completion of the Praxis Examination
* Current New York State Speech-Language Pathology License (or eligibility for licensure)
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
* Availability for after-school hours, evenings, and Saturday mornings
