Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Rate $32-$38 DOE

Position Summary

We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our healthcare team. The LPN is responsible for providing quality nursing care to residents, administering medications and treatments, monitoring health conditions, and supporting residents' overall well-being in accordance with established care plans and regulatory standards.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

• Monitor and document residents' health conditions and report changes to the RN or physician.

• Assist with developing and implementing individualized care plans.

• Supervise and assist nursing assistants as needed.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

• Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and healthcare team members.

• Follow infection control procedures and safety guidelines.

• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Promote a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment for residents.

Qualifications

• Current, active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of employment. CPR certified

• Previous skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred.

• Strong clinical and communication skills.

• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care.
